We have two different price models.
1. Non-refundable. In this model, the entire amount is withdrawn from your card and no refund is made in case of cancellation. Dates may change due to Covid -19, the fee will be transferred to your new dates.
2. 50% Deposit reservation. 50% prepayment is taken when you make a reservation and no refund in case of cancellation. The remaining 50% is payable 30 days before the check-in date. Payments received are non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date. All cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will be charged a 100% fee.
